SeaMonster Technologies Inc. (“SeaMonster”, “we”, or “us”) values and respects your privacy. SeaMonster offers a software application for use by sales organizations that analyzes the activities of their sales representatives to provide insights for optimizing sales performance and effectiveness. SeaMonster collects and uses personal information primarily on behalf of and in the course of providing services to our customers. When using our service, our customers give SeaMonster access to information contained in their customer relationship management (CRM) system, as well as their sales representatives’ company email and calendar, audio/video conferencing tools, sales phone dialer software and other similar sales enablement tools, which may include personal information of the sales representatives, their clients and other persons with whom they communicate. We analyze this information on our customers’ behalf to provide insights to our customers on their sales representatives’ performance and sales effectiveness, and to identify areas for improvement. Our customers are responsible for providing all required privacy notices, obtaining all necessary consents and otherwise complying with applicable privacy laws with respect to the collection, transfer and use of personal information in connection with our provision of services to them.

b. Use of the Services:

We may monitor use of the services by our customers or other authorized users in order to detect, investigate or prevent any actual or potential violation of our terms and conditions.
