After the 30-day free trial, you will be invoiced and asked to pay for your SeaMonster subscription. You can cancel anytime if you do not wish to continue using the service.

The 30-day free trial is only redeemable once per new customer.

Yes, you can use SeaMonster to better understand current sales activity in your organization and to use this newly acquired information to gradually build your sales process. SeaMonster also offers Sales Process start-up packages to help get you started. Contact us directly if you require help establishing a Sales Process.

If you encounter technical issues during the trial period, please contact customer support for assistance. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.

If you cancel your subscription after the trial period, you will not be charged for future subscription periods, and your access to SeaMonster will end at the end of the current billing period.
